She brings extensive experience in executive program management and systems integration from significant positions at AT&T, WorldCom, Sprint, Cap Gemini, American Management Systems, Stanford Research Institute (SRI), and SAIC. She founded Flywheel Group, as systems integration firm in 2000, focused on industry-impacting web-based programs, including AIA, AHA, and AAHP. She reflects particular experience in implementing large scale automated database marketing and secure, network-based private collaborative applications. B.S. Lee has over 20 years of experience launching new companies and major corporate initiatives based on leading edge Internet and wireless technologies. Lee was the Technology Director for the Telecommunications Group at Stanford Research Institute (SRI), leading projects to define the 21st century communication services strategy for major corporations like Metricom, Sprint PCS, Pfizer, and Verizon. Thomas Kerns McKnight, Treasurer and General Counsel
Tom is formerly of Smith Barney, Gannett Co., Inc., The White House Office of Telecommunications Policy, and the FCC. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, Ohio and Virginia. He was on the deployment team at Gannett for the launch of USA TODAY. He was Founder and CEO of Orion Satellite Corporation and taught entrepreneurship for six years at Columbia University's Graduate Business School in New York. He is the author of "Will it Fly," Prentice Hall, 2004, noted by Crains Communications as a top 10 "must read" for entrepreneurs. B.S. Miami University; J.D., the Ohio State University.

Edward (Ned) Trippe, Director Commercial Affairs
Ned has over 30 years experience directing and managing start-up businesses around the world. He has created new channels of distribution for products and services in Asia, the Pacific Rim, Russia, South America and Mexico. He has also initiated and managed information technology and delivery systems for companies large and small ($5mm-$500mm). As Director of Commercial Affairs, Ned is responsible for ensuring that our business process is efficient and effective.

Jen Bennett, Director of Marketing
With a background in Communications, Jen has more than 10 years working with start-ups to Fortune 10 companies executing various programs involving PR, event management, online and offline marketing, advertising, branding, SEO & social media strategy. Jen's experience includes working with large corporate clients American Express and Chevron Global Lubricants on PR and marketing initiatives, to consulting with tech start-ups and nonprofits in the area of social media. Her experience spans working with companies in the green, consumer, health & wellness and consumer tech space. Socially responsible, Jen recently completed her master’s degree in nonprofit administration at the University of San Francisco. She continues to contribute her time to numerous nonprofits and is actively engaged in various environmental and social issues.

Peta Cooper, Media Manager
For over 11 years - Peta lives, breathes and sleeps anything that is media related. Coming from a background of journalism and radio broadcasting, she has hosted radio shows in the UK and the US. At one radio station, she taught the other radio personalities, the benefits of streaming their shows on the web, to reach a wider audience. Peta knows the importance of bridging social media to every day life and it's value in today's society. She loves to share her passion for social media with our clients and to show them how it plays a key role in branding their products.
