Street Attack Case Study

Alternative Marketing Company

Street AttackHow to streamline internal processes with a private social network.

Background

An alternative marketing company needed an automated tool to prescreen, qualify, and assign remote street agents to “buzz marketing” assignments.

They needed an online viral tool that was fun and easy-to-use to manage thousands of street agents across the country. The client required a private social network that enabled remote screening for personality dynamics and interaction styles, so that team assignments would not require in-person interviews. Team management needed to be remote, using a single platform that would enable message delivery, posting task lists, event calendar, etc. Collaboration was required between buzz agents and team leads so that on a virtual basis, projects would be managed effectively.

Outcome

Wyndstorm created a robust, internal private social network that included sign-in profiles to provide insight on background and personality, calendaring, pod-casting, and secure file sharing, video-calling for free communication between members, polling and other interactive communications venues, moderation and fencing to keep the community “clean” and safe, and search for people and topics for faster team selection and project management.
